Clinton J. Andrews
Professor
Clinton Andrews’ teaching and research interests include energy and environmental planning, public utilities regulatory policy, and planning methods. He worked in the private sector on energy management in buildings and on energy technology assessments, helped launch a regional electric power planning project at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and was instrumental in founding a science policy program at Princeton University. Andrews has been a consultant for the World Bank, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the Tennessee Valley Authority, among others.
